Yes! It's okay to change your mind. For orders needing to be returned for changes of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item/s must be posted back within the week of contacting us to be eligible for a refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return an item and buy another.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
- Have tags attached
- Have no make up and/or fake tan
- Have no deodorant, perfume or washing powder odours
Any faulty items will be refunded in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For returns on faulty items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note: we cannot provide refunds for faulty items that have had tags removed or show signs of wear.
We do not cover the cost of postage for returns.
We recommend only returning your order with a service that offers postage tracking - we cannot process any refunds or items that are not received or are lost in transit.
